We ship within Europe, America and some other parts of the world. Attention: we do not ship to Asia!

  • What are the shipping times and prices?
We normally ship two times a week. On Tuesday and Thursday, which means that the delivery times can take more time when you order e.g. on Thursday afternoon or Friday.
For orders from Austria and Germany, we ship with GLS. It takes around 2-4 workdays to deliver.
For orders from other European countries and some parts of America, we normally ship with DHL Express, which takes about 3-5 workdays to deliver.

The price for shipping within the EU* is 5,00€. For orders over 80,00€ the delivery costs are free.
The price for shipping to other European countries and some parts of America* is between 15,00 € and 30 € depends on the ordersize. 
We are not able to ship to Asia.

  • Can I track my order?
If you want to track your order, send us a message at shop@vresh-clothing.com. We will respond with your tracking number as soon as possible. :-)


  • How do I return my order?
If you have to return some items of your order, please contact us at shop@vresh-clothing.com. We will respond as soon as possible and will send your free return label directly via e-mail. But keep in mind, that we can only offer a free return label if the order value after receipt of the return is...
... 20,00€ for returns from Austria,
... 30,00€ for returns from Germany and
... 50,00€ for returns from the EU.
We do not offer any free return labels from other parts of the world.
Please make sure that you only have 30 days from the date of the delivery to return items.
Be aware of the fact that we are a sustainable driven company, which means that we keep an eye on the impact we have on the environment. So before you complete your order make sure that you read the sizing information given in the description of the chosen product. Every fabric is different, so the sizing and fitting can vary from product to product. Thus, please have a look on our size charts before you order.

  • How long will it take for me to receive my refund?
The refund will be made via the same payment method used for your initial purchase. When we received your returned parcel, we will return your money as soon as possible. If you have any question, don’t hesitate to contact us at shop@vresh-clothing.com.
  • How can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order, it depends on when your order has been placed. Please contact us at shop@vresh-clothing.com to request a cancellation and we will inform you about the status of your order and if we are still able to cancel it.
